赵发（1983.09 -），男，博士，硕士生导师，安徽巢湖人，2022年6月获安徽大学电路与系统专业工学博士学位。主要研究方向：遥感图像处理，机器学习、智慧农业等领域。近年来发表SCI论文10余篇。主持安徽省高校自然科学研究重点项目，安徽省青年优秀人才基金项目等科研项目。欢迎对研究方向感兴趣的同学报考。
